Need some help guessing my body fat

Not sure if it is going to let me post a pic or not? My scale says my total body fat is 18% with my sub-cutaneous fat being 12.8%. With a caliper I get b/t 17-20 next to my navel, with about 9 percent everywhere else. Plz just take a look at the pic and tell me what you think. I am only 5-6 and I am fone to 164 Lb. I would like to get lower abs, but also dont want to be 150 Lb.
