I did not look at the link...but if anyone uses your image w/o your permission, SUE! Especially if they use it for commercial purposes.0 -

I did not look at the link...but if anyone uses your image w/o your permission, SUE! Especially if they use it for commercial purposes.
That's all well and good if you can bankroll a litigation, can find the actual person (and not their electronic persona) who was behind the use of your pictures, if they are in the same country as you (not impossible to use in another country but difficult and costly)....
Just suing someone is neither easy nor inexpensive. Even if you win, you're generally out of pocket.0 -

Ya suing is not the way to go. Follow the money trail, someone on the internet can lose something when faced with potential legal action. If you find a website, then ask the website to remove it. If they don't then you go after the website hosts, if they don't then you go after the company renting them the bandwidth. At that point you are normally dealing with a big fish that will take action.
Most big companies have a copyright infringement page setup to deal exactly with that to help limit their liability.0
