New-ish, would like friends!

Hello! My name is Micah! I started my weight loss journey March 18th (my first month is almost over woohoo!) I have 140 pounds to lose! I own two medium sized dogs and I’m a big horse lover. I’m wanting to get in shape for myself and to get back in the saddle. My exercise consists of LOTS of walking my dogs and lots of walking while I’m at work, weight lifting, and cardio on the treadmill!
