Hello, I have used this app off and on since 2013, I did not know there was a message board. I am happy to say I have always had success with this app, showed it to a friend all those years ago, she has maintained after her first year. I am now following in her foot steps. In September I was told I have High Blood Pressure, I cut out all processed foods and am 1-2 lbs from goal (78lbs down), but better still BP is normal and I am off meds. Weight loss was a side affect but now I want to be as healthy and strong as possible, just started adding in weight training, I am in no rush, slow and steady. Over 40, I haven’t been this weight since 10th grade. Have 2 grown boys, and My husband has been my best friend for almost 30 years.
