Customized macros

I’m new here but I’ve customized my daily calories and macros which are different for each day. When I go to the macros tab to see my percentages, it’s not showing my customized numbers. I’ve redone them several times and nothing changes! I’m doing premium as well!

    Are you using the phone/tablet app, or the web version of MFP? How long are you waiting after the reset to look at the macros tab?

    When I use the app, I sometimes find that it takes a little longer for data to sync (device to cloud storage and back to device). If you're checking right away (within small number of minutes) and doing it all in the app, consider that possibility. Clicking on sync in the menu might help (make sure it updates the sync recency time). Other than that, try waiting for a period of an hour or few.

    If you're using the web, trying clearing cache (that's a wild shot - I haven't had sync problems on the web, as long as I refresh the page).

    If none of that works, my suggestion would be to contact MFP support through the Help link. (It will involve some tedious back and forth, realistically.)
