Though I’m a vegetarian who enjoys some seafood, (Fish, shrimp and calamari) I’m interested in gathering healthy & sound minded recipes through apps such as Pinterest & the like. My inquiry is how do I import such material/ valuable information into MyFitnessPal chart/ profile to begin my quest/ routine regimen? Glad to hear from someone who understands what I’m trying to do hear & thanks for all assistance.

In the MFP recipe builder, you can input a web address, and MFP will try to extract the recipe ingredients/amounts automagically for you. You'll need to check the results, because sometimes there's a mis-match, but you can adjust individual ingredient items (search for a replacement item, change amount, etc.) as part of the process.
ETA: The web version of MFP and the phone/tablet app work a little differently when it comes to adding recipes. You can find instructions for either of those in the links on this page:

(MFP will give you a warning when you click on that link that it's an external site outside MFP. It's not an external site outside MFP! 😆)0
