Hi! I need help staying on track with this! I’m a 34 year old mom of three boys (1,6,and18) I had a pulmonary embolism and hemorrhaging after my last child and have gained weight since then! I need to loose 100 pounds. I cannot seem to get under 300lbs. I need help with an accountability partner, anyone interested??
