Why won’t my macros update?

So I changed my calories and macro percentages based on recommendations fr trainer. But the app is not reflecting the change.

Example my Carb goal is 180g well every time I go in app it’s says more. When I click to change it, it shows my updated Carbs. Why can the goal update?
