I'm having trouble figuring out my net carbs for the ChickFilA Market Fresh Grilled Chicken Salad. I order it w no nuts, not granola and no apples and I get the Light Italian dressing. How can I find the accurate net carbs for this. My Fitness Pal will only give me the nutritional values w the nuts, granola and apples.

    Maybe check the ChikFilA website and then just add a new food with your customizations?
