Hi all,
I’m Di from Sheffield, 71 years old & still trying to lose weight. I really enjoy food and socialising…… I have severe arthritis in my knees and lower back, and I’ve had long covid for about 18 months!
I’ve just taken up cross stitch after 40 years, and really enjoy it. It keeps me away from screens!
