Hit my first mini goal today!

I've lost my first 20lbs! 21.6 to be exact. I even broke out some of my "what if pants" and was able to wear them.
I cut almost all carbs out this past week and learned my body loves sugar and carbs if I eat just a small amount I maintain or gain weight.
I'm going need all the motivation I can get because I love carbs 😁
Just 80lbs more until my ultimate goal!
