Overestimating google fit calories

Lately I've been having issues with MFP syncing to zepplife through Google fit.it seems to be waayy overestimating the calories burned (due to exams I am mostly sitting on my desk and doing bodyweight workouts at most 3
-4 times a week.
I used to walk more than 10k each day and it never gave me that much calories.
I am set to sedentary
