Greens and spicy tofu - a satisfying dinner

I use Supercook, a tool to enter what you got in the fridge. I'm big on no food waste. This is the first recipe I found that could be easily edited to be within my calories and macros and was actually satisfying. It's fairly balanced and you can add more/take away whatever you need since it's a grain/salad bowl type meal. For instance, I added more yogurt and completely took out rice (and cucumbers but that's cuz I didn't have any). I got a ton of protein and ate slowly and it was a great dinner dish.     This looks really good. I’ve been making one with tofu, edamame, avocado, and cucumber. Such a calorie bargain and so delicious.

    @Rockmama1111 yes! Edamame would be great in this. I keep forgetting to buy some 😅
