T25 always bring the sweat for me!!!

I’m strolling into my final week of the beta workout for T25 and then I think have one more round but OH BABY has this one been good..

I feel like I’ve gotten more tone, shed 10lbs (aside from the cheat week in Disneyworld) and I’m just generally feeling pretty full of energy and stamina!

Need to start thinking of what the next program will be 🤔
