Im stuck. Im more active than I have been all winter but the scale is not really budging. I was hoping to have reached my goal weight by my one year anniversary on April 6. I have 15 more lbs to go. It seems like the last 15 has been harder than the first 15.

    Could it be you are losing weight but gaining muscle? 🤷‍♂️

    Are you adjusting your new caloric intake as your weight drops?

    You could also try eating maintenance calories for a week or two then drop back down into a deficit.
