Im stuck. Im more active than I have been all winter but the scale is not really budging. I was hoping to have reached my goal weight by my one year anniversary on April 6. I have 15 more lbs to go. It seems like the last 15 has been harder than the first 15.
Are you adjusting your new caloric intake as your weight drops?
You could also try eating maintenance calories for a week or two then drop back down into a deficit.0
