I’m interested in making new friends. Hope you are making progress since posting this. I exercise five days a week and I walk. Tried different eating plans. Plant based for a while, but seemed to game it back. Now I am doing Keto and I am losing again. Recently realized I have been using MyFitnessPal for eleven years. Not the most consistent user, but I have made a new commitment to log in daily. Eleven years ago I set a goal and I am almost there, just a few pounds away. I will reach that goal. I’m thinking about what my next goal will be. Whatever I decide, it won’t take me eleven years to meet the next goal.0

Been on Keto since Christmas, love it, have lost 13 kg so far. I stick to 20 gms of carbs per day. I am now on my 2nd goal of 10 kg. It is a lifestyle not a diet. This way of eating is for life and the longer the better! I enjoy this lifestyle as I don't have to count calories and I never feel hungry. I am 70 yrs old, I no longer fall asleep in the afternoon (no more nanna naps!) My sleep has improved and I feel much more alert throughout the day. I am trying to walk more to get fitter. When I get to my ideal weight I can increase carbs to 50 gm a day or more? and see how it goes. I will not return to the sugar, grains, starches and processed food I was eating before. Thanks to the "Real Meal Revolution", "Banting" and "Ketofitness recipes"0
