Gastric Sleeve- scheduled for this Friday 4/14/23

I am nervous and excited about my gastric sleeve procedure at the end of this week. It has already been hard enough to be on the all-liquid diet. Despite a healthy self-esteem, putting myself first has been a challenge that leads to pushing off taking care of myself. I want to stick to a routine of having meals throughout the day, taking a work break to go on walks, planning healthy snacks, etc. Wish me luck.

    My wife had a gastric sleeve procedure done about a year and a half ago. I consider it a success. She's got a nice restart for an active lifestyle now. Best of luck.
