Has anyone tried this supplement and has this helped with eating less?
I've tried it in a low dose and it does seem to help I've taken it with a B supplement which inositol and choline are included.

Sure, it can work. In the same way that taking a spoonful of sugar and convincing yourself that it makes you eat less will also help. If you believe something will make you eat less, then you'll make yourself eat less while using it. This isn't necessarily bad, as long as you're not wasting too much money on it.1
