I am a member of a community exercise group with a range of different exercises targeting most of the body. How should I enter that?

I assume you don't have a fitness tracker sync-ed to MFP.
One option would be to browse through the MFP exercise database, and find the entry that sounds closest. If the class differs every time, you might use a different entry for different formats.
Just as a small number of examples, you'll find things in there that are common in such classes like:
Aerobics, general
Aerobics, low impact
Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort
Circuit training, general
. . . and lots, lots more. Just think what the majority of the class was, and log as that. If you're not sure, pick the thing that gives the slightly lower calorie estimate, since we're more likely to overestimate exercise calories than underestimate them (but zero is always wrong!). Use a consistent way of logging similar exercise, then look at your 4-6 week weight trend to see if you're on track overall. That'll work fine.
