Hello Everyone

Hey there everyone! I wanted to say hello and say that I am so excited to be using Myfitness Pal. I been using this off and on for a few years now but never thought about getting into the community discussion.

However, I just started a Biggest Loser Challenge today and I need some ideas on meal plans. When i put all my stuff into the myfitness pal ap for goals it shows that i should be around 2300 calories daily but I have reduced it down to 1800.

so if anyone could be of help that would be great!
