Hello there everyone. I just wanted to introduce myself and share a little bit of what's going on with me. I'm new, just started the MyFitnessPal app 3 days ago so I've got a very long road ahead of me. I was on two different medications that made me gain weight for a couple of years and just recently stopped taking them because I need all the help I can get when it comes to losing weight. I used to way about 130-140 lbs. After a year in a half to two years of being on said meds I am now over 240 lbs and it's devastating. I mean I won't even look at myself in the mirror anymore. My self esteem is Shot, I feel so bad about how I look and just can't believe I got to this point and got to it as fast as I did. It is frustrating to say the least. Now I'm having all kinds of health issues on top of it. My lower back hurts me when I walk or stand so bad that I can hardly get around, I force myself to as much as I can which isn't much. I'd really like to find some kind of relief for the pain. I noticed the past two days my left knee has been killing me as well. Both only hurt if I'm up and moving and that's so horrible. We all have to get around you know. I'm hoping I can lose at least 100 lbs as quickly as possible and see results soon. If anyone has any tips or info on how to lose it quick please let me know. Also the coach told me to drink 64 ounces of water a day and I don't drink water at all because of taste or lack thereof so if anyone has any tips on how to make water taste/ taste better without the stuff that makes you gain weight or keep it on please let me know. She told me to add lemon but Idk if that'll do it for me. I started three days ago and I've drank half of a 16oz bottle lol. Gotta start drinking it now.
