Hi I'm new here. I'm looking for Mediterranean diet recipes. As my cholesterol levels are high.

I live in Italy and we eat Mediterranean. The main thing is to use EVOO instead of butter or lard, for the most part. The rest is a balance of fruits, vegetables, legumes, different types of grains, fish, lean meats, cheeses, and dairy. The Mediterranean is a vast region including many different countries with different foods. It also encompasses a "life style" of eating with family, walking, and taking a nap afternoons. You will have to see what appeals to you. Good luck.

You can find a ton of recipes under 'Diets' on eatingwell.com
I just barely finished linking a huge number of recipes from there, into my local recipes box on here.

The site is full of dietitians. So, the articles and recipes are made by them.

Replace as much processed foods as you can with whole foods, put some kind of exercise as a prerequisite somewhere in the schedule and lose weight, that's how we get favorable cholesterol, oh, and get a good night sleep in a dark room. Call it a Mediterranean Diet for bragging rites. Cheers.

I second this. It’s my go-to site for new low-calorie recipes.
