Today I am trying oats bananas and berries for breakfast instead of my usual huel milkshake.. I want to see how long this fills me up.. I did this to decrease my bf calories from 400 to around 300
I just finished at around 9 am I will let you know when I feel hungry again and have my second meal 😊
