New to the group

Hi. I'm Jacki. My goal is to lose 25 lbs and keep it off. My weight gain wasn't due to COVID but due to a combination of turning 50, selling our house and living in a camper for 6 months. I've always been about 120-125 and have steadily gained the 25 lbs in the last 5 years. I'm tired of it. My back hurts, my hips hurt and I have zero energy. I started yesterday logging my protein, calories and carbs. Lost 1 lb! Here's to the next 24.
