24 Hours of Exercise per Month Challenge - APRIL 2023

Here's the 24 hours challenge thread, Let's do it again!! And welcome to any newcomers!
The goal is to accomplish at least 24 hours of EXERCISE during the month. (MORE IS GREAT)
Any type of activity that you would log in your diary counts (both cardio and strength training) ~ walking, running, paddling, biking, swimming, gardening, weight training, dancing, HIIT, aerobics, elliptical, rowing, circuit training, stretching, etc. You get the idea.
For you BEASTS out there (you know who you are), if you want to do more, just post your personal goal that is over the baseline challenge goal.
And for anyone who wants to join part of the way through, just post a comparable goal to finish out the month (for example, joining half way through, post a goal of 12 hours).
There is no group for this and no private messages needed. No fancy spreadsheets either, just report your running totals here in the thread.

7hrs 47 minutes as of Sunday April 16th and already heading WELL into close to 10 hrs for this Sunday for the month of April. Guesstimate is 15 hrs by the end of the month...my best yet!1 -

April 30th I finish the week with 3 hours.
TOTAL FOR APRIL......14 hrs 21 minutes. A new record for me.
Eventually I'll get to 24 hours......2 -
April 30: 65 minutes
Total: 24 hr 5 minutes/24+1 -
A great April until April 20, only exercised 1 day with minimal two others due to extreme fatigue (but now feeling back to normal)
April Total: 26.7 hours walking/hiking
I’ll take it!
