Need Motivation

I have packed on a few too many extra pounds over the winter/seasonal depression at it’s best. People always say “you’re not even fat” I never said I was but I am uncomfortable in my own body and I’m short so I have a hard time carrying the extra weight. I am also a diabetic so I need to eat right and feel good about myself and right now I don’t. I have started this journey about a month ago. I have been going to the gym every morning 5 days a week at 3 am. It’s early for me but it’s before work and it’s the only time I really have to go. I so far have lost 4 lbs I’m assuming I’m gaining muscle hence why not more weight loss. I need some motivation from friends struggling with staying on task.
