I was diagnosed high blood pressure, high cholesterol and other things back in November. Looking for some recipe ideas (simple) that don't include a lot of stuff, just basic. I need to get my B/P under control. I prefer eating chicken, fish, most veggies/some fruits, beans, nuts, berries.
