Hello everyone! I'm newbie here for 7 days. I want to loose 5 more pounds and tone my body. The most part of my body I want to loose is my belly. My waist is 29 inches with 33 inches belly. I'm here because I need to track how much I eat. I used to eat a lot of white rice and noodle. I have lost 7-9lbs since I started going to the gym and walked since February. Also, I want to build my lower body bigger.
I'm 5'2, in my early 30s, 2 kids, in college. I'm currently 126lbs.
