Hi i'am on week 2 and I gained 0.2 of a lb last week I lost 5 lbs so how many calories should I have
i'am female 47, 5ft 2in weigh 162.2 lbs and at the moment not doing any exercise because I had a fall
and hurt my chest 2 weeks ago hoping by the end of this week to be much better so I can start my exercise
i'am not very good when it comes to working out my calories and I like the fact that some of you eat back all or a least some of your
exercise calories that what I want to do so if you could help me get going on the right track I would be very greatfull

  • I like to change up my calorie intake from time to time. I believe it depends on your weight that you are now. The heavier you are the more calories you get. I'm at 1200 and finally starting a trend of losing. This means getting the most of your calories by eating foods from the earth and watching processed foods. I would try not to eat back your calories unless you've done a major work out as this is how you see success on your scale in my opinion. Exercise is key to toning up and burning fat. Don't get discouraged when you can't post a loss, and also gain. Nobody is perfect and we all make mistakes. Never give up and you'll see your success.
