Hi guys,
Completely new to calories counting.
E.g today I had 100gr of whole Greek yogurt. I was about to record it but I genuinely don't understand the unit measurements.
1cup?
1oz?
Why cant it be simple to just add in grams?
Am I missing something?

Every food database entry has different units depending on who created the entry (the database is mostly crowdsourced). So you just need to look for an entry that has 100gr or 1gr as a unit (and after you've used it once, you should be able to find it in your Recent foods list for future use).0

Grams are in the data base. Just look a little harder. I find almost all my foods in grams.1
