Weight loss at a stand still

    What an accomplishment! Well done.

How far are you from your goal weight? Weight loss will slow as you get closer to goal since your deficit isn’t as big. Have you adjusted your calorie goal?

It might be worth it for you to spend a few weeks figuring out what your current maintenance calories would be. (And based on what you’ve said, it may very well be your current intake.) It won’t undo your hard work, and it’s a good thing to know. Then you can hone in on how much you can safely cut from that in order to start losing again.

Firstly massive congratulations. You have done so very well.

My thoughts on why you have stalled...you may have already thought of these or actioned them so disregard if not applicable

    - Have you moved your kcals down as you get to a lower weight? Your BMR would be lower as you lose weight which means unless you move your kcals down as you move your body down then you evaporate your calorie deficit.
    - Maybe it is time for a diet break. There are loads of threads on diet breaks/refeeds so won't repeat them but sometimes it is beneficial for a few days at maintenance, in order to give your mind and body a bit of a break from the stress of weight lost.
