Green Frog coffee!!

I called and looked everywhere to find calories for this drink and I am frustrated. Please tell me about how many calories this would have. I ordered a XL dirty snowman hot ,no whip with skim milk at green frog coffee shop.

This is a thing you can estimate yourself, if you ask questions when you order (or glean the information from a menu).

How many ounces/milliliters is an "XL"? What kinds of syrups are in a "dirty snowman"? How many pumps of syrup? Were they sugar or sugar-free syrups? Was it hot or cold? If cold, ice or blended? (If ice in any form, less milk/coffee, right . . . and the type of syrup may differ between hot and cold drinks.) You say no whip, but was there chocolate sauce or caramel or anything on top?

Next time you order, check out the details. (I don't even know what or where Green Frog Coffee is, and I'd bet that's true for most people here.)

For now: I know a 24 oz (710 ml) plain skim latte is about 175 calories at my coffee shop. One pump of sugar syrup has 10-20 calories. Sugar free syrups are probably more like 5 calories per pump.

If it was that size drink, my rough guess would be 4-6 pumps of syrup minimum. So, 175 calories for the coffee/milk, at least 80-120 calories if sugar syrup, call it 350 calories for this time to be conservative. Add more calories if there was chocolate syrup or caramel on top.

As an alternative, look up a similar drink at a chain coffee place (like Starbucks) that has published calorie/nutrition information.

Next time, get the info about the drink size in ounces, how many pumps of syrups, etc.

If you're just starting to calorie count, estimating calories is a skill you're going to want to work on developing. One way of estimating is to learn or guess what goes into a food we order in a restaurant, as per above.

    Best wishes!
