Protein/sugar/carbs?

I have been on and off MFP for a bit, trying to get back on now that Nursing school is a bit calmer and I'm not moving.

I was wondering, it seems when I log that I ALWAYS go over on Protein, never hit my carbs and sometimes (if I eat Yogurt especially) I go over on sugar.

I know I can adjust my macros but I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on if I'm eating wrong or if I should just think about changing them? My diary is open if you'd like to look.

I'd change them. MFP's goal for protein is ridiculously low. Mine's in the 160s, custom set. And sugar, unless you have a medical reason to track it (diabetes etc) then don't bother, the number MFP sets for that is also laughable for most people. As for carbs, what I've heard most people say is, hit your fat and protein macros, and fill the rest with carbs (this assumes you've set your own custom goals for your macros). hth
