I’m having trouble staying on task with my eating and walking on the treadmill. My husband and I are separated and he just died Friday night. I’ve just recently lost my first 10 pounds. Im in a state of denial. Just started this weight loss journey. I know he’d want me to keep going but finding motivation right now is extremely hard.

I am so sorry this has happened to you! Give yourself a break as this is a lot to deal with...Just try to at least maintain what you have lost until you can get a handle on what has happened in your life and then pick it back up again when you feel you are ready. My condolences to you.0 -
