Calisthenics

I did weight training in the past for 3-4 years starting at 15. After the lockdown I quit. Now I train calisthenics. I give myself 10 sets of push ups, I note how many push ups I do. I do this 3 times a day so I do 30 sets of push ups. Each time I try to beat my “high score” and pushes me further as I train at home by myself.

When I was doing my weight training I didn’t track what I was eating. I have been using my fitness pal for a while now but I have only just discovered the community tab.
