Body Phenomenas ... How does it happen?

Hi,

I have been on a controlled eating plan and doing Insanity Asylum workouts for the last 3+ weeks now. Now I know usually when we start these intense kind of workouts (P90x, Insanity, Rushfit...) we tend to bloat up due to the DOMS syndrome and that has happened to me in the past. I used to start a workout, get bloated and then quit sometime down the line, despite knowing about the idea of DOMS. This time around all went well till about the 3rd week, and since then I find my belly to have bloated up. I know the tummy fat has come down, however its bloating for sure ... any reasons anyone as to why this might be the case? I tried looking up some other threads that I am aware might be on the same lines, however there are so many with many more comments, I wasn't reading them anymore ... just scrolling and that doenst help...

I had also asked this other question in another thread I had started that Tamarakat had responded satisfactorily however the question popped up again wrt to this bloating ... so I lost a good 4kilos/8pounds in 2 weeks ... (which I guess is a little too fast) ... but since then my weight has just not gone down by even a .1 of a kilo ... its rather gone up and come down close to the lowest I have had, but never below it ... and I am on week 4 now ... any reasons why this might be the case? I personally had a theory .... that losing the excess weight our body carries happens faster ... and as we get close to our ideal weight, the loss starts slowing down ... is it true?
