Hi everyone. I used MFP back in 2012-2015. I had pretty good results with it. I am doing Weight Watchers also but rejoined here so that I could keep up with the macros. I'm 60 yrs old so I'm not new to this, unfortunately. If you want a new friend, send me a request.

Hello, and welcome back!
You mention good results, so I'm curious: Was it that you didn't lose the total amount you'd ideally preferred back then, or was there a problem with regain? Or is it that you're still at your goal weight, and just want to work on nutrition? Depending on those things, there may be some nuggets of insight you can glean that will help you this time, or help others based on your experience.
I'm roughly in your demographic (I'm female, 67) and have been around here since 2015 myself. I lost from obese to a healthy weight back in 2015-16 (at age 59-60) and have been hanging around here since to maintain a healthy weight and keep my nutrition in a reasonable range. So far, so good I guess - I've been in a healthy weight range since that loss, though up and down a few pounds (5-10ish) from time to time.
I'm honestly kind of a poor MFP friend, sadly - not very active on that side of things (more of a Community forum gal, I guess). Still I wanted to stop by your intro and wish you success this go-round, whatever your current goals may be!0
