I am right at the beginning of this process but this feels like the first mini-achievement. I am now actually more Me than fat :D

Anyone else have mini-achievements to share? when you first started losing weight what was your first target? My next one is to get to 20 stone but that is still over a couple of stones away so I am trying hard to keep the faith.

I don't know what your starting body fat percentage was, but I'm guessing by the way that your post is worded that this is a downward move. So, Congratulations!

I think that having mini goals is a great way of staying motivated. Losing weight can be a long and arduous process and if you focus only on the end goal, it can seem very daunting. It is highly motivating to instead focus on what is just ahead.

Keep sticking with your calorie deficit and increase your activity level and I have no doubt that you will progress toward your ultimate goal.

Good luck and, as you say, keep the faith!
