Hi
I am a working professional who completes daily 10000+ steps daily bases. plus I have set a routine to go to gym every morning and since I live in PG I have limitation to food but still I eat 100g of chicken breast for 5 days and on Monday and Saturday I eat paneer or soya chunks. Problem is my face and belly fat rest of body is fine. My belly fat is increasing and so is face fat. though I know spot reduction of fat doesn't work. but I'm confused regarding this.

I don't know what 'PG' means.
However, you can be as active as you want, what will determine if you lose weight is whether or not you are eating fewer calories than your body needs.
So how many calories are you consuming? What are your personal stats: age, weight, height, sex,...?
Also: how long have you been trying to lose fat?7 -
Is this belly fat and face fat happening suddenly? It could be a medical problem. Usually people don't mention their face fat...
And, I agree with Leitchi. It's about finding a level of food that will allow you to start to lose weight. Surely you eat something other than chicken and soy?
Go to "Goals" and set up as "Active" and "Lose 1 pound per week." Log food for a month. See if you can figure it out. That's what we all have to do.4 -
If you are certain about your activity level...then you need to recalculate your daily calorie needs bc if you aren't losing weight you aren't in a calorie deficit.
What are your stats? The estimate of your maintenance calories? Are you calculating your calorie burn and consumption accurately?0 -
That's a lot of physical exertion each day. What is your calorie goal? Age, height? Current weight?0

Are you weighing logging and recording? Or going by feelz?
I was (admittedly) an uninformed nincompoop.
In my fuzzy little brain, I thought a three mile walk in the evening offset an entire bag of Oreos, or half a container of Breyers. I honestly though that.
I couldn’t understand why I never lost weight, and thought I was destined to be fat forever. After all, mom told me so. So I gave up the walks. They weren’t doing any good so why bother?
It wasn’t until I started logging what I ate and using a fitness tracker that the breakthrough came.
I realized I was plowing through over 10,000 calories a day. And that’s a very conservative figure.
I also learnt from that tracker : that three mile walk? Might burn 150 calories or so at best.
10,000 - 150= too damn much.
I also learnt from that tracker that I got few steps, and expended minimal amounts of energy.
That was when the Oh, Yeah lightbulb went off.
Your diet may not be as egregious as mine was, and hopefully you’re not as painfully stupid about your body as I was, but I’m betting your disconnect is similar to mine.
What we eat may not seem like a lot and we may have slacked off worse than we thought. Bad combination but we just do the old frog in boiling water slide into complacency.10 -
Is PG an abbreviation for Papua New Guinea?
When I spent 6 weeks in rural Costa Rica, my food choices were very limited, but since they were for the most part nutrient dense rather than calorie dense, I lost weight without even trying to. I ate more fruits and vegetables than any other time in my life, and they filled me up for less calories than how I normally eat when not in the sub-tropics.0 -
Not sure if you're male or female... if you're female, could you be pregnant?1

Belly is the most common place on the body to store fat. No loss means you aren't in a weekly\monthly calorie deficit.1
