Hi! Is there any guidance for food portion size in MyFitnessPal?

I'm finding it difficult to enter my meal without the knowing the portion size.

    Use a food scale and weigh everything out in either grams (most accurate) or ounces (also very accurate)...that's your serving. Adjust as necessary. One's individual portion sizes are variable. For example, my portion sizes are larger than my wife's portion sizes because I need more calories than she does.
