Burpees

How do you add burpees or squat thrusts to the exercise section. I would think such a mainstay movement would be found.

They would just fall under the category of "strength training" as part of an overall workout when logged in the cardiovascular section. Burpees aren't really a stand alone cardiovascular/aerobic workout...they are a strength and anaerobic exercise.1

Burpees burn around 10 calories per minute depending on your weight so just create Burpee as an exercise and punch in a number per minute.1

I'd personally call them an example that would fall under one of the calisthenics entries in the cardiovascular section of the MFP database for calorie counting purposes, but if you want an entry for them in the strength training section in order to log reps, then add the custom exercise.1
