I'm new to MFP, and I'm excited to be a member.

Is there a way to log previous day's meal intake? Thanks

Sure. You can go into a past day and add foods or edit foods as needed. Not sure if your using the app but in the app you can select a drop down day in your food diary at the top you’ll see options for today or you can use the arrows to toggle between yesterday and today or what not. You can view and make changes as needed from your diary. Not sure how to do this in other MFP versions though.0
