I am trying to lose but it is so hard when you can't exercise because of ailments. My body hates me.

    Exercise helps create a deficit but it isn’t necessary to start losing weight. You can create a deficit with diet alone. I was able to lose and keep off almost 60 pounds with diet changes and very little inconsistent exercise. It can be done!! What do you need help with to make it seem easier?? Cause let’s be honest, losing weight is never easy even for people who can exercise.
