Kick start back into losing

Hi I'm hoping that joining the community may help me get back into my eating diary. I have continued to eat well and exercise but feel I have slipped a little while kids have been off school. They go back tomorrow and I intend to get back in the zone :happy:

Can any one tell me what they are finding best for weight loss? I am trying to lose fat rather than muscle so have been doing mix of cardio and resistance as well as horse riding most days.

I ride my bike 10 miles every 3 or 4 days too.
