Introduction

Hi everyone!
This is my 2nd time around trying this app, but this time I’m using it as supposed to and I’m super motivated to continue logging and monitoring my food intake. I would like to loose at least 40 lbs , after my 2 kids never went back to my previous weight. It has been a tough journey trying to loose, those extra lbs. I hope to get motivation and recipes ideas and hacks from all of you who are begging this journey or staying healthy.
