Hello, My name is Ruth and I live in Wokingham and am looking for friends to lose weight with in the local area - I have realised it is super hard to lose weight on your own - so people to chat to about diet progress and or do fitness classes with would be cool. I am almost 30 and want to lose about 3 stone.
