Need to Get Focused...Focus T25 and TDEE Minus 20%

Hey all,

About two years ago I was 26 years old, didn't track my calories, ate like a "normal" person, and hovered around 116. I'm 5'3. Last March after moving to a new apt and feeling a little fluffy, I decided to weigh myself and saw 120. Of course I had a little freak out. I joined WW, lost 3 pounds in 2 weeks, felt starving and miserable. Then I heard about MFP and decided to do that instead. Joined the 1200 club and spent another year being miserable and trying to be at 1200 (plus excercise for some of it) and have hovered around 125 on average ever since. Funny how eating so little kept me at a higher weight. For the past year I do work out hard and often, dabbling in Insanity, BBL, and some weight training vids. I loved insanity except for the time commitment, so when I found Focus T25, I thought it was fate. So now im 28 years old, around 127-128 depending on the day, and I've decided to do the program start to finish while also upping my calories. I have a goal of 1350 net calories on MFP, which when I eat back exercise calories I will be eating around TDEE minus 20. I burn an average of 200 calories per T25 workout. I just wanted to get people's thoughts on this plan. I'm also following IIFYM, and trying to eat a balance of. 40% carbs, 30% protein and 30% fat. I eat i would say 85% "clean" (nonfat greek yogurt, whole wheat english muffins, quest bars, egg whites, etc) and 15% "dirty" (serving of pringles, one normal meal a week out at restaurant, a weekly cupcake, etc) This is my first time posting a message but i read the boards often, and feel like this is a great support system I would like to be a part of.

Thanks for reading :)

Ps: my goal isn't to be super skinny anymore, I've given up on the VS model look. But I would like to be fit and solid. I have hips, thighs, and a booty, so instead of trying to erase them all, I just want to tone them up.
