Would you be interested in doing a month long green smoothie challenge? We’d post pictures of smoothies and ingredients used to keep each other accountable.

    I actually really like green food but I’d much rather eat it than drink it thanks. And I personally think meal replacements are setting yourself up for long term failure as they’re not helping you to moderate calories and nutrients on a long term basis 🤷‍♂️

    Totally get it! This is more for people who struggle eating their greens or want an easy way to get even more green

    Yes, Let’s do it!
    I love them, I add fiber and lots of nutrient dense fod. They fill me up, help me reach my goals plus sustain me at work.

    @tatilove1988 - I personally love green smoothies. I also prefer drinking my greens to salads and such.. agree with @VegjoyP - it’s a great way to include more nutrient dense foods in diet. 😉
