Back on track

I hope!! I had reached my GW a while ago: 155. Then got anxiety and lost more weight not on purpose (awkward when that’s complimented), got on Lexapro, anxiety improved, but weight went up. Hit 165. Today weighed in at 161. Short term goal is 160, but I’d love to get back down to 155. Seems like such small amounts of weight…but not easy. I love healthy eating but require some chocolate in my life.
