I'll weigh ???? in 5 weeks

Hi everyone. I'm new to the post. I've been eating and exercising as recommended, staying under 1350 calories per day, and after 5 weeks I have lost . . . .nothing. Now, I admit I feel better, stronger, and my some of my clothes fit better, but I thought I would have lost somethingby now. What could be the problem?

I would ask if you are weighing and measuring all food and drink on a digital food scale.1

Have you started a new exercise routine? You could be retaining water for muscle repair, especially if your clothes are fitting better.0

How meticulous/accurate is your logging? Are you using a food scale or eyeballing? I had problems early on because I really was pretty lose in logging. For example, I'd be having chicken for dinner and I'd note on the package that a serving was 4oz and 120 calories so I'd eat my chicken breast, and log that...never mind that an average chicken breast is closer to 8 oz so instead of 120 calories I was eating closer to 240. This was the case with a lot of things.
Another mistake I made early on was neglecting to log everything...I'd log my meals for example, but I'd neglect to log my afternoon snack thinking it was just immaterial when in reality is was around 400-500 calories. For a time I also didn't realize that I should also be logging something for cooking oils as well...not sure why that didn't occur to me from the start. I also neglected to accurately log all of my beverages that had calories...I'd log some but not others...namely I'd neglect logging alcohol.
Generally speaking, outside of a medical condition if you haven't lost any weight whatsoever in 5 weeks, you are eating at maintenance and you are not in a calorie deficit.3
